International Battery Metals Ltd. Announces Private Placement

aVANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada- June 18, 2020- International Battery Metals Ltd. (the “Company”) (CSE: “IBAT”) announces it has approved a proposed private placement of 600,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for total proceeds of $60,000.

Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of three years from closing of the private placement. Officers of the Company will participate in the private placement. The proceeds will be used to pay accounts payable.
